Assessments
We coordinate individual and team assessments - both proprietary measures and validated instruments like the Hogan Development Survey - to understand your leadership team.
Leadership Off-Site
We follow this with an off-site with senior leadership to ensure alignment between the principal and their direct reports.
Coaching Sessions
The off-site is followed by individual and team-based coaching sessions that mix virtual and in-person support aimed at advancing agreed-upon priorities for the business.
