As Director of Operations, she oversees finance, administration, and organizational systems with a steady hand and a deep commitment to reliability, clarity, and follow-through.

Julie has spent more than two decades in leadership and administrative roles at the University of Vermont, including serving as Department Administrator at the Larner College of Medicine and Business Manager for the Vermont Genetics Network. Known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach, she brings a rare combination of financial acumen, communication skill, and institutional knowledge to every project. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Vermont and a B.A. in Business from Johnson State College.
