Program

Our 12-week program is designed to deliver sustained gains in mental health, performance, and relationships for individuals and families.

Our integrated care team combines rigorous assessment with continuous progress monitoring to deliver measurable outcomes across the domains of Self, Profession, and Relationships.

Comprehensive Assessment & Program

Assessment is tailored to the individual or family context and can include:

❖ Evidence-based personality and values measures

❖ Comprehensive clinical evaluation of mental health, substance use, and behavioral patterns

❖ Gold-standard inventory of professional motivation, values, personality dimensions and vulnerabilities in order to optimize workplace performance

❖ Quality-of-life assessment

❖ Professional Satisfaction index

❖ Relationship satisfaction and relational dynamics inventory

Where appropriate, we incorporate collateral input from supportive stakeholders and review relevant prior treatment history.

Assessment Output
Findings are synthesized into a clear, visual dashboard highlighting:

❖ Core strengths

❖ Emerging vulnerabilities

❖ Active risk

These findings are mapped across the domains of Self, Profession, and Relationships, creating a shared understanding of priorities and tradeoffs.

The Journey: Three Phases Over 12 Weeks

  • Weeks 1-4

The initial phase focuses on clarity, safety, and momentum:

    • Establishing a framework around monitoring and interpersonal dynamics

    • Customizing medication and therapeutic modalities

    • Mapping patterns across Self, Work, and Relationships

  • Weeks 5-8

With stability in place, the focus shifts to durable change:

    • Examining core patterns and underlying drivers

    • Developing skills and practices across domains

    • Strengthening insight into how Self, Work, and Relationships interact

    • Conducting a mid-program assessment to measure progress and recalibrate priorities

  • Weeks 9–12

The final phase prepares clients for sustained success:

    • Developing relapse-prevention and vulnerability management plans

    • Practicing new skills under real-world stressors

    • Defining the next phase of engagement (step-down, continuation, or transition)

    • Completing a final assessment to document progress across all domains

What Differentiates Our Model

Outcome-Driven
We focus on measurable improvement, not process alone. Progress is monitored continuously and the program is adjusted to remain aligned with client goals.

Integrated by Design
Clients work with a coordinated team led by a single Advisor accountable for overall outcomes and alignment.

Systems-Oriented
We work with individuals within the context of their families, organizations, and support systems—recognizing that challenges rarely exist in isolation.

Adaptive and Personalized
Time and intensity are allocated where they add the most value. Domains that are stable receive less focus; areas of vulnerability receive more.

After the Initial 12 Weeks

After the initial engagement, clients typically choose one of the following pathways:

❖ Application: Continuity of services for individuals who have successfully completed the integration phase

❖ Advisory services: Lead available for consultation, coordination and referrals
