Lindsey O’Connell helps individuals and teams navigate life transitions, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience in both personal and professional realms. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Lindsey’s clinical training includes trauma-focused therapy, animal-assisted interventions, and work with neurodevelopmental disabilities.

In addition to her psychotherapy practice, Lindsey consults with behavioral health organizations to enhance clinical operations, optimize compliance, and support leadership development. She also offers strengths-based coaching for individuals and groups seeking immediate, actionable progress toward personal and career goals.  Lindsey partners with clients from all cultures, backgrounds, and identities to strengthen emotional intelligence, clarify values, and foster meaningful change through curiosity and collaboration.
